AVA - is an adopted for D-box technology popular model by Dr. Drella Bubble Dancer. This model has exceptional flying characteristics. It's extraordinarily stable in a flight and still very controllable and this is not the only contradiction of this super model. It's exceptionally light and at the same time very strong due to the D-box technology. Notwithstanding its light weight it has extraordinary wind penetrability due to the profile elaborated by Dr. Drella. There is no competitor for the electric motor version of this model in hover.
So a nonexperienced flyer can find a wonderful teacher in this model and a more experienced one will get considerable advantage using light thermics in which heavier models can't hold up.
Our experience of flights on AVA as on a glider and on the electric version has shown that you have much more chances to win if you fly AVA.
